MJI-TC 500 Hydraulic Chip Dumper
The MJI-TC 500 Hydraulic Chip Dumper introduces INCOFORK's new line of stationary industrial equipment. Specially engineered to streamline the disposal and recycling of metal shavings and chips in machining and turning shops, it eliminates reliance on forklifts for scrap handling. Equipped with its own compact electro-hydraulic power unit (electric motor + pump) and heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder, the operator simply rolls the chip cart into the cradle and presses the control panel for safe, ergonomic dumping up to 135° directly into stationary or roll-on bins.

Does the MJI-TC 500 Dumper require a forklift, or is it a standalone machine?
It is a 100% standalone, stationary industrial machine (it eliminates forklift dependency during scrap dumping). It anchors directly to the concrete floor via 1/2" mechanical anchors and plugs into your three-phase power grid (220V or 380V). It includes an integrated 1.5 HP electro-hydraulic power pack, fluid reservoir, and electrical control box.
What chip carts does it accept and how are wheels locked during tilting?
The tilting cradle is engineered for the INCOFORK MJI-CR200 Chip Cart, equipped with positive mechanical wheel retention stops and guided docking brackets. Our engineering department can also customize the cradle geometry to fit your existing plant scrap carts.
What is the dumping angle and discharge height for scrap bins?
It achieves a dumping tilt angle of up to 135°, ensuring complete gravitational drop of tangled steel, aluminum, and cast-iron chips. Discharge height is 1,895 mm, designed for direct clearance into standard roll-on roll-off dumpsters and stationary recycling bins.
What safety devices and regulatory standards (NR-10 & NR-12) are included?
Full compliance with NR-10 and NR-12 safety regulations: sealed electrical control panel with twist-to-reset emergency stop button, adjustable electromechanical limit switch, 3/8" BSP flow control valves for smooth ascent/descent, and pilot check valves preventing uncommanded drop.
How does it help recover cutting fluids and soluble coolants?
During the 135° dumping cycle, the front directional chute guides chips cleanly into the dumpster while coolant drains along the lower channel, allowing your plant to capture and reuse expensive cutting oils in CNC machining centers.
